Our sessions are conducted via audio call only, using Google Meet/Zoom. We’ll share our screen during the session so you can see your chart live, but there is no video interaction. This helps us focus entirely on guiding you without distractions.
No, we don’t send any written reports or recordings. We strongly recommend taking notes during the session, as all insights, timelines, and remedies are shared in real-time during the call.
In most cases, rescheduling is not possible due to the high volume and frequency of bookings. Please ensure you’re available at your chosen time. We do not provide refunds in case you have missed the session and haven't updated within 2 days of your consultation date and time.
