Cancellations and Refund

At AstroKarak, we take great care in delivering value through our astrology services, digital products, and physical offerings. Our policies around cancellations and refunds are designed to be fair, transparent, and in alignment with the nature of our work. We request all users to read this policy thoroughly before making any bookings or purchases.
Cancellations and Return Policy
Consultations and Personalized Services
Astrology consultations, including live one-on-one readings, Topmate sessions, or custom reports—are prepared uniquely for each client based on their birth details. As these services are personalized and time-bound, we do not offer refunds once a booking is confirmed.
Please note that rescheduling is not possible in most cases, as slots are limited and preparation for your chart begins well in advance. Exceptions may be made only for emergencies and are handled on a case-by-case basis, at our sole discretion. If you are unable to attend your session, you must inform us at least 24 hours in advance for us to consider issuing a credit or partial refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment, or no-shows, will not be eligible for any refund or rescheduling.

Digital Products (eBooks, PDFs, Reports)
All digital products—including downloadable guides, astrology eBooks, learning material, and personalized reports—are non-refundable. Once purchased and delivered to your email, these items cannot be returned or exchanged. If you receive a wrong file or face technical issues in accessing your product, please reach out to support@astrokarak.com within 3 days of purchase, and we will assist you with a corrected copy or alternative access.
Physical Products (Books, Kits, Merchandise)
You may request to cancel a physical product order within 12 hours of placing it, provided the product has not yet been packed or shipped. Once dispatched, the order cannot be canceled.
Refunds or replacements are offered only in cases where the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. If this occurs, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@astrokarak.com, including your order ID and clear photographs of the issue. We will assess the concern and offer a replacement or refund accordingly. Return shipping for damaged or incorrect items will be covered by AstroKarak.
Returns are not accepted for reasons such as change of mind, delay caused by courier services, or input of incorrect delivery information by the customer.
Courses, Masterclasses, Webinars and Group Programs
Registrations for live workshops, masterclasses, or recorded programs are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated on the event or course page. In the unlikely event that AstroKarak cancels or reschedules an event, participants will be notified in advance and may be offered a full refund or credit toward another session. Missed classes by participants are not refundable; however, access to recordings may be provided where applicable.
