Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Consultations (1:1 Sessions)

If you wish to reschedule a consultation, please notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled session via WhatsApp (+91 8290 172 859) or email (teamastrokarak@gmail.com). Rescheduling requests made with at least 24 hours' notice will be accommodated based on available slots at no additional cost.

We do not provide cancellations.

​

Refunds for consultations will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

2. Priority DM Consultations and Written Analyses

​

Once a Priority DM or written analysis request has been submitted and accepted, it is considered work-in-progress. Cancellation and full refund is available only if no work has begun. Once the analysis or response has been delivered, no refund is applicable.

3. Courses (Live and Recorded)

​

For live courses, no refunds will be issued. Access to recordings will continue as per the original terms.

​

For pre-recorded or self-paced courses, due to the instant-access nature of digital content, all sales of recorded courses are final and non-refundable.

If Astrokarak cancels or significantly changes a course schedule, enrolled students will be offered a full refund or the option to join the next available batch.

4. Ebooks and Digital Products

​

All sales of ebooks and digital guides are final and non-refundable due to the nature of digital delivery. If you experience a technical issue downloading or accessing your purchased ebook, contact us at teamastrokarak@gmail.com and we will resolve the issue.

5. Marriage Compatibility Reports (MCR)

​

Once an MCR request has been submitted with birth details and payment, the report generation process begins. Cancellations made before the report is generated are eligible for a full refund. Once the report has been delivered, no refund is applicable.

6. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

​

To request a cancellation or refund, contact us at: email teamastrokarak@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 8290 172 859. Please include your name, booking or order reference, date of purchase, and reason for cancellation. We will respond to all refund requests within 48 hours.
