Astrokarak currently offers only digital services and products. No physical products are shipped at this time.
Digital Product Delivery
Ebooks and digital guides are delivered electronically. After successful payment, you will receive access to your purchased ebook via email or through the platform where the purchase was made (Topmate or the Astrokarak website). Delivery is typically instant or within a few minutes of payment confirmation. If you do not receive your digital product within 1 hour of purchase, please contact us at teamastrokarak@gmail.com.
Course Access
For live courses, the meeting link (Zoho Meeting) will be shared via the dedicated WhatsApp group 30 minutes before each scheduled class. For recorded courses, access will be provided via the platform specified on the course page after payment confirmation.
Consultation Scheduling
After payment for a consultation is confirmed, scheduling details will be communicated via WhatsApp or email. The consultation link will be shared prior to the scheduled session.
Future Physical Products
When Astrokarak introduces physical products (such as calendars or printed materials), this policy will be updated to include shipping timelines, delivery partners, and related terms.
