At AstroKarak, we offer both digital products (eBooks, astrology reports, etc.) and physical products (printed books, merchandise, astrology kits, and more). This policy outlines how we handle the shipping and delivery of physical orders.

Our Shipping Policy

At AstroKarak, we are committed to ensuring timely and secure delivery of both our digital and physical products. While digital products such as eBooks, downloadable guides, astrology reports, and course content are delivered directly via email or secure download links shortly after payment confirmation, we now also offer a range of physical products including printed books, astrology kits, and curated merchandise that are shipped directly to your doorstep.
 

All physical product orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days of successful payment. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message along with a tracking ID via email or WhatsApp, allowing you to track the delivery status in real time. We work with reliable shipping partners such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, and India Post to ensure your parcel reaches you in good condition and within the estimated timeframe.

For deliveries within India, estimated delivery times typically range from 3 to 6 business days for metro cities, 5 to 10 business days for Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities, and 7 to 14 business days for more remote or rural areas. International shipping is available to select countries, and the delivery timeline will depend on the destination and local customs clearance procedures. Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs duties or import taxes levied by your country’s authorities, which are not included in our prices and are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
 

Shipping fees for both domestic and international orders are calculated based on the destination pin code, the weight and dimensions of the product, and the selected shipping method. For orders within India, free shipping is available on orders above ₹999. For all other orders, both domestic and international, the applicable shipping charges will be shown clearly at the checkout page before final payment.
 

If you do not receive your tracking details within 3 business days of placing your order, or if you encounter any issues with the delivery of your package, please reach out to us at support@astrokarak.com with your order ID. If your package arrives damaged or incomplete, we request that you notify us within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photographs and a description of the issue so we can investigate and resolve the matter promptly. In the event of a delayed or lost shipment, we will coordinate with the courier partner and update you regularly. Please allow up to 15 business days for resolution in such cases.
 

Customers are responsible for entering accurate and complete shipping information at the time of checkout. AstroKarak will not be held liable for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you need to modify your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us within 12 hours of purchase at the email address provided above. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been shipped.
